By purchasing, holding, or using LTETHER, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

GENERAL POLICY

All LTETHER token sales are strictly:

  • Final and non-refundable
  • Irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
  • Subject to blockchain technical and operational rules

Due to the decentralized and immutable nature of blockchain technology,
transactions cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified once they have
been successfully processed.

LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of Lucky Tether
and strictly limited to the following circumstances:

  • Proven technical errors directly caused by Lucky Tether systems
  • Confirmed duplicate transactions resulting from system malfunction
  • Valid and enforceable court orders under applicable law

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Market volatility or changes in token value
  • User error, including incorrect wallet addresses
  • Loss or compromise of private keys or wallet access
  • Third-party service failures or blockchain network issues
  • Any action or event beyond the control of Lucky Tether

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

Where a refund request is eligible for review:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date
  • Clear and verifiable transaction evidence must be provided
  • All requests are subject to internal technical and compliance review

Submitting a request does NOT guarantee approval or processing.

DISCRETION & POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Lucky Tether reserves the right to:

  • Review refund requests on a case-by-case basis
  • Deny any request that does not meet the stated criteria
  • Suspend or refuse refunds where legally permitted

Continued use of LTETHER constitutes acceptance of the current version
of this policy.
